Contract Signing Seals a Strategic Alliance for Distribution Across the Philippines
In a milestone partnership that reinforces Inland Corporation’s growth in the industrial and energy solutions sector, Inland Corporation and its subsidiary, Inland Domestic and Distribution Corp. (IDDC), have officially signed an exclusive distributorship agreement with POWERPLUS, a leading global provider of high-performance fuel and energy enhancement products.
The signing ceremony was held on July 5, 2025 at POWERPLUS Building in Singapore, marking the formal start of an exclusive alliance that aims to bring POWERPLUS’s advanced product line to the Philippine market through Inland’s extensive distribution network.
Present at the ceremony were key leaders from both organizations, including POWERPLUS Chairman Marcus Ong and General Manager Aaron Chan, ADRH Group Chairman Emeritus Alfredo D. Roa, ADRH Chairman Teresa R. Antonio, and IDDC Senior Vice President Francisco Castro.
“This partnership is a testament to Inland’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. By distributing Power Plus’s renowned fuel and energy additives, we are not only expanding our service offering but also contributing to cleaner, more efficient energy use in the country,” shared Francisco Castro, SVP of IDDC.
Power Plus Group USA, known for its cutting-edge solutions that improve engine performance and reduce environmental impact, expressed strong confidence in the partnership. “We are proud to partner with Inland — a company with over five decades of logistics leadership and a clear vision for national reach and operational excellence,” said Aaron Chan, General Manager of POWERPLUS.
The exclusive distributorship grants Inland and IDDC the rights to promote, market, and distribute POWERPLUS products across the Philippines, targeting industries such as transportation, construction, agriculture, logistics, and government sectors.
Teresa R. Antonio, Chairman of ADRH (the parent company of Inland), emphasized the strategic value of this alliance. “This partnership reflects our long-term vision of diversifying Inland’s portfolio while staying true to our commitment to excellence, reliability, and environmental responsibility.”
With this agreement in place, both parties are poised to launch product awareness campaigns, training seminars, and nationwide rollouts to key commercial and industrial clients in the coming months.
This collaboration underscores Inland’s ongoing evolution — from its logistics legacy to a diversified business group committed to service innovation and forward-looking partnerships.
